1. About PharmaPrep

PharmaPrep is a free educational platform that provides B.Pharma semester notes and GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) multiple-choice question practice. The service is provided by the PharmaPrep team, based in India.

2. Eligibility

PharmaPrep is intended for pharmacy students, GPAT aspirants, and pharmacy professionals in India. By using this service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 should use the service under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PharmaPrep only for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any MCQ content or notes from PharmaPrep without written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or interfere with the platform's functionality
• Use the platform to spread misinformation or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content on PharmaPrep — including but not limited to MCQ questions, explanations, study notes, website design, code, and graphics — is the intellectual property of PharmaPrep or its content licensors.

GPAT past year questions are reproduced for educational and practice purposes. PharmaPrep respects the intellectual property of the National Testing Agency (NTA) and other examination bodies.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or content without our express written permission.

5. Accuracy of Content

PharmaPrep strives to provide accurate, up-to-date content aligned with the PCI-approved B.Pharma curriculum and official GPAT answer keys. However:

• MCQ answers and explanations are provided for educational purposes only
• Content may contain errors or may not reflect the most recent syllabus changes
• PharmaPrep is not a substitute for official study material, textbooks, or professional advice
• Always verify critical information from official sources (NTA, PCI, university curriculum)

6. Advertisements

PharmaPrep displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to fund the free platform. By using PharmaPrep, you acknowledge that advertisements will be shown. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or claims made in third-party advertisements.

We never allow our editorial content to be influenced by advertisers.

7. Study Data and Privacy

Your study progress, answers, bookmarks, and streak data are stored locally in your browser and are not collected by PharmaPrep servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PharmaPrep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The content is complete, accurate, or current
• Using PharmaPrep will guarantee success in GPAT or any examination

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PharmaPrep and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of study data, exam failure, or reliance on incorrect content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of PharmaPrep shall not exceed ₹0 (as the service is provided free of charge).

PharmaPrep may contain links to external websites (e.g., PDF downloads, book recommendations). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PharmaPrep at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of PharmaPrep shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
